白水報為一份使用報紙尺寸與報紙紙張的攝影刊物，一年發行四期。白水報每期刊登五位藝術家作品，同時藝術家必須以連載形式上稿，隨著刊載期數的增加，讀者與作者皆能多重思考創作的內涵，刊物也刊登幾個文字作家專欄。

About SpringBao Newspaper
The SpringBao Newspaper is a photography periodical published four times a year in newspaper size and on newsprint. Each issue of the SpringBao Newspaper features works by five artists, who must contribute in a serialized format. As the installments accumulate, both readers and artists are encouraged to reflect on the multiple layers of meaning within the works. The publication also includes several regular columns by writers.
